We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

  • Negotiate agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to optimise strategies and achieve targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR.

Location - Los Angeles, California
Contract - Fixed Term Contract to expire 31st December 2024, with view for extension.
Salary - Dependent on work and industry experience.

GO FOR WARDROBE has been striving since 2015 to become THE name for costume and wardrobe staffing in live music and entertainment, fulfilling in excess of 3000 roles.

We are looking for a new team member to work closely with the company directors, predominantly recruiting talent, co-ordinating with talent before and after gigs, and working with clients when needed. There will also be plenty of opportunities to work on gigs as talent if of interest, and there may be times when you may be needed to jump onto a gig last minute if .

  • Knowledge and/or experience within the live music industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Management

  • Posting new gigs in our online app.

  • Shortlisting talent for gigs.

  • Generating Gig Offers and other paperwork.

  • Liaising with talent before and after gigs.

  • Assessing shortlists of new talent applications.

  • Field calls and emails to answer questions from talent.

Client Management

  • Building positive relationships with clients where necessary.

  • Field emails from clients regarding upcoming gigs if required.

  • Advance talent details onto clients.

Working Gigs

  • Ability and willingness to step in on gigs at short notice.

  • Confident working in the costume/wardrobe world, and fast paced environment.

  • Lead a team when necessary.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.

  • Create compelling content for website, blog, advertising, social media, and other marketing channels.

  • Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to track campaign performance and optimise strategies.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Help create and/or oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Manage social media channels and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and drive traffic.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

     

Requirements:

  • Must be creative.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing roles preferred, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of different marketing disciplines, including inbound marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
